Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Our goal is to ship all orders as efficiently as possible. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering. We only ship orders Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We ship all items via UPS Ground and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and proper delivery. We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge of $65.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation along with tracking number will be sent to your email used at checkout. Please note, tracking information is sent when the label is created. It may take 1-2 business days before the item is picked up and begins tracking.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. For security purposes, billing and shipping address must match at checkout.

Damages

Now You Glow LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, however it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover payment processor fees. 

Items are sold AS IS. 
We describe the wear and condition of all items to the best of our ability. It is important to note, that the items we are selling are not new. They are preloved and will show very light to moderate signs of wear. As the buyer, you understand items may have a vintage odor. We do no sell any items with strong perfume or pet odor. We do not accept any items that smell of smoke. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Coloring of bags can slightly change due to the varying screen calibration. If you are in doubt about any details of the item you are purchasing, please contact us prior to purchasing. In the event we fail to disclose a considerable defect, email info@nowyouglowluxury.com within 3 days if receiving your item. Please include your order number and detailed photos of said defect. We will handle this on a case by case basis. If we accept a return, please know it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Quality Guarantee

Now You Glow provides a guarantee of authenticity, however we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship. Should the purchased item show any kind of defects in the future, the cost of repairing the item falls solely to the buyer.

 

Buyers Remorse

As the buyer, you agree to research dimensions, size, style, strap length, material etc. prior to purchase. 

Authenticity
If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. In order to offer a full refund, we require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain documentation from a well-recognized authentication service. We will work together to resolve the issue. Please reach out to info@nowyouglowluxury.com with questions. 

Errors/Omissions

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information. However, mistakes and typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on misinformation, Now You Glow LLC reserves the right to cancel the transaction with no further liability on its part.
